Physical orientation in working with chronic pain

We all experience and are experiencing imbalance and stress in our lives in many different areas.

We all have experiences and events in our biographies that were challenging and perhaps left a residue and created patterns of behavior in us that are not always beneficial to us, and sometimes secretly we would like to change. Those residues and patterns of thinking affect the quality of our lives but also our bodies. Feelings like "blowouts," frustration, impatience have a physical expression and motor behavior.

In the face of thought and emotion patterns, the body, for its part, will find sophisticated ways to continue moving, at the expense of the blocked spaces. The expression of this will be chronic pain that affects the quality of life, injuries and illnesses that appear and challenge our reality, and even unbalanced posture resulting from latent depression.

In our meeting, we will try to identify the imbalances and unconscious blockages both in the body and in the ways of communication. We will treat them as insights, give them words and language - and offer healthier and more effective alternatives. The meeting will be structured according to the body's capabilities, with the aim of finding the place where the body and the person within it will feel "at home."

  • Suitable for treating anxiety

  • ADHD regulation (for adult population)

  • Emotional understanding of chronic body pain - the first step to pain release and management

  • Managing stress during transition periods

  • Personal development - recognizing limiting thought patterns and creating movement within them.

Physical orientation sessions are a wonderful platform for these changes. Through the encounter with the body's abilities, an encounter with the understanding of their connection to everyday life is created. And from there, change for the better happens by itself.
